You’ve Gotta Have ♥eart!

It all starts and ends with the ♥eart

Every Beat of Your ♥eart

Philippians 2:1  You’ve gotta have ♥eart!

If you’ve gotten anything at all out of following Christ, if his love has made any difference in your life, if being in a community of the Spirit means anything to you, if you have a heart, if you care— then do me a favor: Agree with each other, love each other, be deep-spirited friends. Don’t push your way to the front; don’t sweet-talk your way to the top. Put yourself aside, and help others get ahead. Don’t be obsessed with getting your own advantage. Forget yourselves long enough to lend a helping hand.

It’s so very hard to forget someone you know you are always going to remember.  It’s so hard to get your get up and go going, when someone goes out of your life.   Your ♥ache begins, your ♥beat is a beat off.   The ♥break you are experiencing, is just something that leaves you ♥broken.  You try to remember all the ♥felt moments you shared together, while people tell you that you have to go on living, but that seems a bit ♥less to you.  After all you are ♥sick and this miss in your life is still just a ♥throb away.  The loss of this one is pulling on your ♥strings.  What to do, what to do, what to do?

It’s time for some ♥Warming, Sweet♥!

It all begins and ends with ♥eart.  GOD’s heart, your heart, the heart of others.  Every ♥beat we take is planned and purposed.  When we lose someone in our life the heart takes a blow and getting our get up and go, to go, just slows.  In fact it seems at times, our get up and go, has, as my dad use to say, got up and went.

The ♥beat of Loss

Loss of a loved one doesn’t mean it’s all over.  It might if the loved one didn’t know Jesus.  That sounds harsh, but it is the harsh reality whether you believe it or not.  In my world, my Biblical World, GOD said it, it’s so.

The pivotal moment for Believers is when they experience loss of a loved one.  It’s where your ♥beat of belief hits the rubber of your faith road.  It’s where you find out just how much tread is on your tried and true beliefs or if you were just in it for the convenience of all that good feeling, or preferences.  In this time of loss it’s usually difficult to grasp and go forward if what you said you believed wasn’t really what you believed in your ♥eart.  You may just have had a head knowledge, or a ♥eart knowledge, but brother and sister you best know you need both.

One is where you have the wisdom to know that those books of the Bible contain the knowledge for living life, and the loss of life.  Two is where you decide that you have accepted Jesus into your life, and He flourished right along with you as you were growing, growing, growing.  Sort of like the Grinch when he discovered what CHRISTmas was really all about.

Remember that moment?  You have to be willing to fight that inner Grinch and allow Jesus to takeover every ♥beat.  Remember the transformation that took place, it was instantaneous.  There was evidence that the Grinch had a change of ♥eart.  It’s the same with us when we ask Jesus into our lives.  Evidence doesn’t mean we become a perfect walking people, it means that we are willing though to admit how much we need, need, need to have a ♥eart transplant that is going to show others that a verdict of “not guilty” by reason of believing, confessing and receiving, and growing, as Jesus leaves us with the indwelling of His Holy Spirit, we are rendered on that day of days, the most important NOT GUILTY verdict ever given.

Every ♥beat

When we loose someone we go through so many emotions.  We don’t get it.  Even as CHRISTians we need to be able to admit that it’s a difficult and oh so hard time to go through.  After all, loss is loss.  It’s like someone went inside our ♥eart and ripped away a piece of it.  How the heck, we wonder,  is that ♥eart ever going to beat the same again?  It’s not, it’s just not going to beat like that anymore.  It’s impossible to beat like that again because quite frankly there is only one of each of us.  However… and you know, or by now if you read me, you will know, I’m the queen of “however” writers.  GOD after all is in the however business.  Today’s “however” is brought to us, to you, to me, by GOD Himself.  For every ♥eartbeat bears His fingerprint, and every ♥eart that beats with Jesus inside had a longing for being on the Otherside long before the loss or misses in life came along.

♥beats on Heavens-side

How serious do you think Jesus thought about death?  We humans act as though death is the end.  Quite honestly here on earth, sure it’s over, finished and pretty much final.  That’s what we see, that’s how we feel, that’s what the ♥ache inside us says to us.  That’s what the ♥throb of loss sings out.  It’s just that it’s not so.  It’s over now but that is and was the plan all along.  Jesus after all didn’t once see death in light of the grave or a tombstone, unless one died without knowing Him.  Jesus saw the seriousness of life, as a preparation for new life to come.

Right here and now, after you read this, close your eyes.  Look fully into His wonderfulness and imagine.  Imagine that all that you are feeling in loss is gone.  Poof!  It’s gone because the Jesus that resides within your ♥eart says so.  He doesn’t want you focusing on the here and now, but on the beautiful streets of gold of someday soon.  He doesn’t want you to gaze into the ugly of today but into the beauty of His wonderful face.  The face that focused on you and I from the very beginning of His journey to the cross.  The face that was ridiculed, beaten, spit on, and scorned, and thorned for you.  The face that faced it all so that on this day, this day of your loss, you would know that the Father, your Father GOD, knew exactly from personal experience how you were going to feel in this very moment in time.  On this day of feeling so beaten down, so not wanting to go on, GOD made a way for you to sit into His ♥lifted hands and be held.

Look: Look with your special eyes =)  Sorry, even during writings of seriousness I had to throw in a commercial interruption.  This one however is very true.

Matthew 10:38
“If you don’t go all the way with me, through thick and thin, you don’t deserve me. If your first concern is to look after yourself, you’ll never find yourself. But if you forget about yourself and look to me, you’ll find both yourself and me.

We have special eyes and have been given special sight.  The gift, the ability to look up, look above, look forward to something more than that of what we are feeling or facing.  Now, I didn’t say this was easy, nor did Jesus ever say it.  In fact I do believe, if we are going to be honest little CHRISTians, we better say it, and call it and look at it like that which Jesus said it is:  You will have times of trouble, times of testing, times of tribulation!  Does that sound like life in-Christ is going to be all joy?  I hardly doubt, unless of course you are one of those very sad sack CHRISTians who are all seriousness.   GOD bless you, and we love you too!  It’s going to be extra tough for your little old tough self to get through these times.  Why not try something nice on for size, like seeing the GODness in this all?   Look… look with your GODeyes and see just how amazingly wonderful His Presence is when you have a great big hole in your ♥eart.

From personal experience I can tell you I wish I could live in that place, that unbelievable peaceful place, that place of peace that passes even the greatest studied minds.  Peace in every moment of every waking hour? NOT!  However… I can’t have it on a normal day, we can’t surely have now, but we can catch it when we can and hold on for “dear life”.  So it is we go and look forward and keep looking onward to learning how to live with all the ♥ache, all the while sharpening our ♥earts for the Hope of Heaven.

Some day, GOD only knows when, we too will get our departure ticket Home, but in the meantime it’s good… no best, for the ♥eart within us where we’ve made a home for Christ, to be left to the ways and means committee of GOD-Father, Son and Spirit to do their thing in us.  After we’ve healed up, He can then use us for the healing up of others facing similar times in their lives.   What will be ♥eart-nature as we go along is that we will realize that it truly was about Life Everlasting, and not death at all.  See, we sing songs about it, we know about, we read a lot about it in the Bible, but experience, well, you know what they say about that. =)♥=)  Two are better than one.

And folks, maybe it isn’t the loss of someone who died.  Maybe it’s a broken friendship, marriage, who knows.  People come, people go, but what people need to know is they get buried in some our ♥earts and well, I for one stink at letting people go completely.    They don’t seem to have a problem letting me lose in their life, but me, I’m not so good at that and have major attachment issues even to this day.  I might need some time on my side to let go.  It might not even be so pretty, well, I mean I might not seem so pretty, as I work through all the messed up people junk in my trunk.  When someone leaves me, be it family, friend, who-have-you, junk enters the trunk of my life.  Thoughts that we won’t even talk about today, but lets just say I have no problem with thinking less of myself without the help of being dumped out of the trunk of someones life.  It stinking hurts, and we’ll leave it at that.  We all sometimes feel as though we are discarded junk, like we’re  hurt, hopeless, and feeling once again like damaged goods.

It’s in that moment that I know too that I must… Look!

Look!  Look and see with your closed eyes what can’t be seen with the human eye.  Look!  Look in the Word at all the talk of Heaven.  Don’t focus on the cruddy here and now, focus on His Wonderful Face!  Look! Look, look!

Listen, listen! Listen with His ♥beat and His L♥ve.  Imagine the very cool breath of Heaven sweeping through you, sort of like wind whispering within you a sweet breeze of praise GOD, from whom all Life blessings flow.

Now, in case you are experiencing all this and you don’t know His ♥beat, just ask.  Ask someone who knows Him full well.  Find a solid Biblical based person who doesn’t say things like, “Oh yes I believe, but I don’t believe everything in the Bible.”  Stay clear of that, because quite frankly, that’s just messed up.

And  please don’t do as some do, and make a joke out of this.  I’ve been there, done that and the only person who leaves looking like a joke was played upon them, well, it would be the one playing the joke on the Believer.  For you see, the Believer can’t and won’t get mad at you.  To big a price was paid for that.  The real joke then becomes the fact that satan played a joke on you.  He gambled that you’d be willing to take a gamble to play a joke that would end your life with him.  If you continue on in playing said jokes, that is exactly where, with him, the joke will not end, but only just begin.

You also need to know, that just because you think we Believers don’t react, we don’t know what you are doing, but we, the Believers, we do know what you’ve done and we love you anyway.  In fact we love you so much we walk away unscathed and we pray, we pray for you to get the joke that satan is playing upon you, and that you will turn into one of us.  Now hows that for turn-around?  It’s fair, but most definitely it’s not play.  There is absolutely no way GOD or Believers play games with peoples lives.  People are just to important to be pawns.  Pawns however are just perfect for satan and his games.

So today make a choice.  Make a choice to choose the One who gave the greatest gift of all time.  Who still gives Life, Life everlasting so that the one who’s ♥breaks in loss, is lifted up by the L♥ver of Lives, yours and mine.

Sweet♥ Jesus Is Near You

To those of you just waiting to have that sweet♥ moment, now is the time.  Stop, close your eyes now.  Look fully into His face and look at the One who gave you the greatest gift of all.  He  is speaking your name just as to your feet your fall, and the things of earth now look strangely dim, dimmer, dimmest, in light of His perfect love for you.

Psalm 33:19-22

The Message (MSG)
18-19 Watch this: God’s eye is on those who respect him,
the ones who are looking for his love.
He’s ready to come to their rescue in bad times;
in lean times he keeps body and soul together.

20-22 We’re depending on God;
he’s everything we need.
What’s more, our hearts brim with joy
since we’ve taken for our own his holy name.
Love us, God, with all you’ve got—
that’s what we’re depending on.

Until all have heard of His Love,

Jeannie Bee
